豆苗（とうみょう）をご存じですか？
エンドウ豆の若菜のことで、
カイワレと同じように根付きでスーパーに並んでいます。
切り取ったあとの根の部分を捨てずに、
水を張った容器に浸けておくと、
若芽がまた伸びてきて、再収穫できるのが嬉しい♪
豆苗は、栄養価の高さで話題のスプラウトの一種で、
ポリフェノールなどの抗酸化成分を含み、
アンチエイジングに効く！w(ﾟoﾟ)w
ということで、
せっせと水耕栽培に励む吉松です(￣▽￣)
豆苗を窓辺に置いておくと、
陽のあたる方向に曲がるんですよね。
田川高校で、生物を選択科目に選んだ同級生のみなさんは、ご存知ですね→屈光性（以下省略・笑）
意地悪な私は、向きを変えます(￣▽￣)
・・・懲りませんね。
これは、いじめ？
豆苗と遊んでいるヒマはないので、
引導を渡すことに決めました。

Thanks, Linda…..going to be with family for Christmas in SLC. ….it’s weird not having everyone at our house, but it will still be great. I Love to see the Utah mountains, too. In fact, that reminds me that when we were in Santiage, Chili about five years ago (yes, i have been there once with hubby on busuness), I remembered thinking it reminded me a lot of SLC with the beautiful snow capped mountains around it. Maybe they will help David feel more like home.
